Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the wetsuit in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring it is folded carefully to avoid neoprene creasing.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the gear for salt, sand, or wear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5 business days.
